Even if you feel like your basement is dark and dreary, a little bit of TLC can make it a great place to be. If you simply use a little creativity your basement can be a dream room. There are many basement ideas you can use and it doesn’t have to be hard to decorate. Your basement may need just a coat of paint or a huge makeover. Decide what you want out of your basement. A family room? A bar? A game room? Then plant the layout and decor to suit. You’ll be surprised what some good lighting and new paint can do to improve your basement.
